What you will do

• Manage a high-impact portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring strategic alignment with industry and regional trends.
• Personally engage with C-suite executives to deepen relationships and support sales and delivery efforts.
• Drive commercial performance, including signings, revenue growth, and profitability through strategic multi-year account planning.
• Lead Return to Growth initiatives and activate the partner ecosystem to expand market reach and deliver differentiated solutions.
• Mentor and coach Customer Partners and future leaders, fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and belonging.
• Leverage AI and data-driven analytics to guide strategy, forecast performance, and empower teams to deliver greater value.

Requirements

• Industry experience in Energy, Natural resources, Utilities, or Industrial Products.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Proven expertise in P&L management and commercial leadership.
• Ability to orchestrate complex ecosystems and align cross-functional teams.
• Must be located in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
