What you will do

• Design and implement the full QA strategy from scratch.
• Define QA processes, standards, and policies for an AI-driven product.
• Integrate QA practices directly into engineering domains to avoid silos.
• Own test planning, execution, and release readiness.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams on requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Develop automation and intelligent testing approaches for AI workflows and UI/UX.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading end-to-end QA processes.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing strategies, and release management.
• Experience with React and TypeScript environments.
• Familiarity with Postgres databases.
• Proficiency with modern SaaS tools and third-party integrations.
• MacBook is required.
