What you will do

• Develop 2D and 3D animations across various projects, maintaining consistency and high quality.
• Collaborate with art directors and engineers to deliver optimized animations using Spine and Unity.
• Refine existing animation pipelines and collaborate with Tech Art to improve rigging and runtime systems.
• Partner with engineering on new projects to define the animation foundation, rigging approach, and data formats.
• Evaluate and pilot AI tooling to accelerate asset production and improve animation workflows.
• Translate creative visions into emotionally impactful movements that enhance the player experience.

Requirements

• Senior experience as an Animator within the games industry.
• Strong foundation in traditional animation principles applied to both 2D and 3D.
• Proficiency in 2D skeletal animation in Spine and Unity's native animation tools (Animator, state machines).
• Technical knowledge of animation pipeline development, animation trees, and mobile constraints.
• Intermediate oral and written English communication skills.
• Online portfolio showcasing professional work in both 2D and 3D animation.

Nice to have

• Experience with rigging and animation data management.
• Experience defining pipelines for prototypes alongside engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into art production workflows.
• Knowledge of performance optimization for mobile platforms.
