What you will do

• Prepare and maintain manufacturing demand forecasts using inputs from capital and service sales.
• Create and manage sales schedules during the sales phase, balancing demand with production, procurement, engineering, logistics, and capacity.
• Assess manufacturability and review material requirements with manufacturing teams.
• Build production and capacity scenarios, including cost and financial impacts, based on forecasts.
• Analyze risks, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize delivery plans and performance.

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing, planning, project management, or cost estimation related to boiler pressure parts.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence with planning tools such as Excel or Power BI.
• Experience supporting sales phase planning, including cost, capacity, and schedule evaluations.
• Understanding of capacity and resource planning across engineering and production.
• Clear communication in English, both written and spoken.
