What you will do

• Analyze and determine equipment layout, including power, load balancing, and cooling requirements.
• Manage data center assets, capacity planning, and documentation.
• Administer building network systems, security infrastructure, and environmental monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with ISO9001, ISO27001, NIS2, and GDPR standards.
• Maintain continuity strategies, including high availability design and disaster recovery.
• Provide internal infrastructure support and end-user desktop assistance.

Requirements

• University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in system administration and infrastructure management.
• Expertise in networking, Windows/Linux/VMware, and power systems.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
