Network Engineer (Aruba)

TL;DR

Network Engineer (Aruba/Cisco): Leading the implementation and operation of Aruba network hardware and integrating Cisco Campus solutions with an accent on technical expertise and troubleshooting complex networking issues. Focus on collaborating with stakeholders to align network solutions with project requirements and ensuring successful delivery of infrastructure projects.

Location: Hybrid role with occasional onsite visits to Brussels, Belgium.

What you will do

• Act as the technical expert for Aruba hardware during implementation and post-implementation phases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure network solutions align with project requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex networking issues related to Aruba or Cisco solutions.
• Provide technical documentation, guidance, and training to the team.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of network infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• Security Clearances: Must hold at least two of NATIONAL SECRET, NATO SECRET, or EU SECRET.
• English: Fluent (required).
• Mandatory Certifications: Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Routing & Switching or CCNP Enterprise, OR Alcatel Certified Field Expert (ACFE).
• Proven experience in network engineering roles, particularly with Aruba hardware or Cisco Campus solutions.
• Strong knowledge of network design, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with routing, switching, and wireless solutions.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of French or Dutch is preferred.
• Aruba Certified Professional (ACP-CA or ACP-NS) certification is preferred or willing to acquire.
