What you will do

• Own product domains end-to-end, from problem definition to delivery and measurable outcomes.
• Translate business goals into clear product direction and actionable execution plans.
• Make pragmatic trade-offs between delivery speed, quality, and long-term scalability.
• Collaborate directly with senior leadership and customers to shape priorities and commitments.
• Use AI tools and coding agents to accelerate discovery, prototyping, mockups, and internal experimentation.
• Drive product decisions using data, customer insights, and commercial impact analysis.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Agile product development as a Product Manager or PO.
• Experience working within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Must be based in the EU or South East Asia.
• Strong business mindset with the ability to reason about value, cost, and impact.
• Excellent structured communication skills for interacting with senior stakeholders and executives.
• Willingness to actively integrate AI-assisted workflows into day-to-day product work.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, core banking systems, or AI-enabled products.
• Ability to translate ideas into fast mockups or functional prototypes using AI-enabled tools.
