What you will do

• Operate and optimize production infrastructure for reliability, security, and cost efficiency.
• Define and measure system reliability using SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, and DORA metrics.
• Build monitoring, alerting, and incident response workflows to improve observability.
• Automate operational workflows using modern Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and scripting.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance service reliability and deployment quality.
• Manage and tune high-availability databases including MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and Redis.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering.
• Proven track record of operating high-availability production systems.
• Proficiency with cloud/hybrid environments and tools like Terraform or OpenTofu.
• Deep knowledge of Linux, networking, and incident management.
• Operational expertise with MongoDB, Elasticsearch, or Redis.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS core services and multi-account architecture.
• Expertise in Kubernetes, including networking, service discovery, and ingress.
• Experience with Cilium or other K8s security/networking solutions.
• Knowledge of large-scale storage systems, CDNs, and distributed systems.
