What you will do

• Collaborate with product development teams and stakeholders to align infrastructure needs.
• Setup and maintain infrastructure for production and staging environments.
• Develop and support GitLab CI pipelines for efficient delivery.
• Respond to monitoring events and handle periodical day/night duties.
• Improve and optimize infrastructure setup and maintenance processes.
• Participate in the high-level design of complex IT systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a System Engineer, SRE, or DevOps Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in Linux administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Saltstack, Terraform, or Pulumi).
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Helm.
• Practical experience with Kafka and PostgreSQL.
• English: B1+ and strong command of Russian required.

Nice to have

• Experience with distributed systems and Clickhouse.
• Knowledge of Bash, Python, or Go languages.
• Experience with ELK/EFK stack and cloud provider services.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Kanban or Scrum.
• Ability to leverage AI-powered tools to optimize workflows.
