TL;DR

SAP Integration Engineer (SAP BTP): Designing and implementing technical integrations between hirify.global's conversational AI platform and the SAP ecosystem with an accent on SAP BTP, S/4HANA, and API management. Focus on building scalable iFlows, managing complex enterprise security constraints, and operationalizing end-to-end connectivity for global enterprise brands.

Location: Must be based in Germany (Remote, Berlin, or Munich)

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end SAP integration projects from PoC through production go-live.
  • Design scalable integration architecture using SAP BTP (Integration Suite, API Management, Event Mesh).
  • Build and configure iFlows, API connectors, and data transformations for use cases like order and case management.
  • Navigate enterprise constraints including strict security policies and authorization models (OAuth2, SAP IAS).
  • Collaborate directly with customer SAP Basis/BTP teams and SAP's own technical experts.
  • Develop standardized integration playbooks and provide structured product feedback to the Engineering team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in SAP integration engineering or BTP development.
  • Hands-on expertise with SAP BTP Integration Suite (formerly CPI), including iFlows and API proxies.
  • Solid understanding of SAP data models for S/4HANA, ECC, Service Cloud, or CRM.
  • Proficiency with OData (v2/v4), REST, SOAP, and SAP IAS/XSUAA authentication.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Must be based in Germany.

Nice to have

  • Experience with conversational AI, contact center platforms, or CX technology stacks in an SAP context.
  • Familiarity with SAP AI Core or SAP Agent Builder.
  • Experience working with SAP system integrators in a delivery or presales engineering capacity.
