What you will do

• Set the strategic direction for the monetisation team and own the product roadmap.
• Drive player lifetime value through engagement loops, offer mechanics, and purchase strategies.
• Use player segmentation and purchasing behavior insights to prioritize product initiatives.
• Build prototypes and MVPs using AI coding tools to accelerate validation.
• Translate commercial plans into product requirements while collaborating with CRM, Marketing, and Engineering.
• Maintain and optimize key monetisation KPIs across the game lifecycle.

Requirements

• Strong track record of owning and growing revenue-generating product areas.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in social casino or free-to-play gaming.
• Deep understanding of virtual currency, in-app purchase mechanics, and player spending psychology.
• Proven ability to use AI coding assistants to independently build working prototypes.
• Proficiency in using BI tools to interpret data without analyst dependency.
• Confident communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
