What you will do

• Design functional mechanics for online casino games, including bonus structures and progressive jackpots.
• Build complete mathematical models including RTP targets, hit frequency, and prize distribution.
• Create and maintain PAR sheets and regulatory math documentation for certification.
• Develop simulation code in Python, C++, C#, or JavaScript to validate game behavior.
• Write comprehensive Game Design Documents (GDDs) for cross-functional teams.
• Analyze post-launch performance data to recommend math and mechanic adjustments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering).
• 8+ years of direct experience in slot game design or mathematics in a casino studio environment.
• Expert knowledge of casino game mathematics, probability theory, and combinatorics.
• Proficiency in building simulation and verification scripts using Python, C++, C#, or JavaScript.
• Advanced Excel skills for probability modeling and large-dataset analysis.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for online and land-based gaming.
