What you will do
- Support the editorial process for journals within the Physical Sciences domain.
- Organize and manage the peer review process for submitted manuscripts.
- Coordinate editorial decisions and communicate with authors and reviewers.
- Collaborate with internal editorial and production teams to meet publication deadlines.
- Ensure scholarly articles are accurately edited and maintain high consistency standards.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field of Physics (e.g., Theoretical, Condensed Matter, Applied, Particle, Nuclear, Quantum, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience publishing in peer-reviewed academic journals.
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must be able to work full-time in the Toronto office.
Nice to have
- PhD in a relevant field of Physics.
- Professional experience with scholarly publishing.
- Experience in technical writing or creating presentations.
