Salary: $54,000–$60,000 per year

What you will do

• Support the editorial process for journals within the Physical Sciences domain.
• Organize and manage the peer review process for submitted manuscripts.
• Coordinate editorial decisions and communicate with authors and reviewers.
• Collaborate with internal editorial and production teams to meet publication deadlines.
• Ensure scholarly articles are accurately edited and maintain high consistency standards.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant field of Physics (e.g., Theoretical, Condensed Matter, Applied, Particle, Nuclear, Quantum, etc.).
• Demonstrated experience publishing in peer-reviewed academic journals.
• Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must be able to work full-time in the Toronto office.

Nice to have

• PhD in a relevant field of Physics.
• Professional experience with scholarly publishing.
• Experience in technical writing or creating presentations.
