What you will do

• Organize and execute internal and external tech events including meetups, conferences, and hackathons.
• Build and maintain relationships with external community leaders and tech advocates.
• Moderate and grow developer communities on platforms like Reddit, Discord, and GitHub.
• Support engineers in creating technical content such as articles, case studies, and tutorials.
• Track engagement metrics to interpret results and adjust community strategy.
• Collaborate with the SMM team to ensure a consistent technical brand voice.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Cairo, Egypt
• Proven experience in organizing and running tech events.
• Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with community leaders.
• Hands-on experience managing developer communities on platforms like Reddit, Discord, or GitHub.
• Familiarity with open source culture and contribution workflows.
• Practical proficiency with AI-powered tools for content creation and research.
• English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
