What you will do

• Design and optimize complex mobile and web user flows to drive growth and product impact.
• Identify growth opportunities, formulate hypotheses, and validate them through experiments.
• Create intuitive, scalable, and visually strong interfaces.
• Maintain consistency across products and contribute to design systems.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and Analytics teams.
• Use product metrics and user insights to drive design decisions and iterations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably with mobile-facing products.
• Proven track record of working on complex, large-scale digital products.
• Strong product thinking with the ability to influence business and product metrics.
• Strong visual and UI design skills with attention to detail.
• Experience designing for both mobile and web platforms.
• Experience working with large-scale design systems.

Nice to have

• Experience in growth, marketplaces, food tech, or ride-hailing.
