Senior Product Designer

RELOCATION TO CYPRUS | SPOTWARE At Spotware, we build technology products for brokers around the world. One of them is cBridge — a platform for liquidity management, order execution, and integrations with trading platforms and providers. We’re looking for a designer who can simplify complex workflows, improve existing interfaces, and make a powerful B2B product more intuitive and easier to use.

Responsibilities

• Design interfaces for cBridge products: liquidity management, execution, integrations, and configuration tools.
• Simplify complex workflows and make data-heavy interfaces easier to understand.
• Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams.
• Help gradually improve legacy interfaces without breaking critical workflows.

Requirements

• Experience in product design for complex B2B/SaaS products.
• Ability to simplify complex processes and overloaded interfaces.
• Strong UX thinking and systems thinking.
• Independence and ability to work with ambiguity.
• Experience in fintech/trading is a plus, but not required.
