What you will do

• Own new and active driver targets for assigned markets.
• Optimize the driver onboarding funnel from lead generation to first ride.
• Develop and scale offline driver acquisition strategies, including roadshows and partner programs.
• Lead supply readiness planning for new city or tariff launches.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable market intelligence.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and City Operations teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in Cairo, Egypt.
• Proven experience in operations, supply growth, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong data analysis skills for tracking KPIs and identifying funnel drop-offs.
• Ability to manage offline recruitment channels and field activations.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Marketing teams.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to benchmark performance against market standards.
