What you will do

• Develop and execute the product roadmap for communication features aligned with strategic goals.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of features from initial concept to final refinement.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, design, QA, and business units.
• Ensure all communication features comply with relevant privacy and security regulations.
• Set long-term product goals and break them down into detailed metrics and OKRs.
• Monitor market trends to integrate innovative solutions that enhance user experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management.
• Expertise in goal decomposition into metrics and hypothesis-driven decision-making.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis to derive actionable insights.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and user-centered design principles.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, uncertain environments with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and negotiation skills to inspire and align cross-functional teams.
