What you will do

• Manage budget-related activities including planning, analysis, and balance transfers.
• Conduct contractual processes and document flow with contractors and internal departments.
• Monitor NDA execution and compliance for new and existing counterparties.
• Coordinate contracts with relevant stakeholders and track their execution status.
• Process payments and ensure accurate cost allocation in internal systems.
• Maintain documentation records and prepare reports on completed work.

Requirements

• Higher education in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Analysis, or Audit.
• Experience working with company budgets and contracts.
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Proficiency in office software, SAP, and Oracle.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Note: This is a temporary fixed-term contract position.
