Location: Almaty, Kazakhstan (Hybrid). Relocation package offered for candidates from other regions.

What you will do

  • Design and enforce procurement compliance controls aligned with company policies and regulations.
  • Implement AI-based controls for automated anomaly detection across vendor spend and contract terms.
  • Conduct KYC and due diligence for vendor onboarding, including financial stability and reputational risk assessments.
  • Analyze procurement expenditures to detect trends, inefficiencies, and anomalies using AI/ML-based tools.
  • Maintain a risk registry and conduct post-contract audits to ensure remediation of violations.
  • Prepare compliance reports for senior management and collaborate with Legal and Finance teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in compliance, third-party risk management, audit, or vendor anti-fraud.
  • Proven track record in handling compliance audits and fraud investigations in a global environment.
  • Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel and ERP systems like NetSuite.
  • Hands-on experience with AI or automation tools applied to compliance and risk monitoring.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and engage stakeholders at all levels.
