What you will do

• Install, maintain, and repair network hardware including routers, switches, and servers.
• Provide technical support for network operating systems to resolve connectivity, security, and performance issues.
• Configure and manage network security systems, including firewalls and End Point Protection.
• Maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and asset management registers.
• Conduct regular network audits and physical inventory of IT assets.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT customer support within an office environment.
• High school diploma is required (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• English: Proficiency in written and verbal communication is required
• Ability to work analytically and independently within a team.
