What you will do

• Architect and develop solutions for Middle East clients, acting as a liaison between local teams and global development centers in the USA.
• Identify and communicate product gaps to global development teams to satisfy local market requirements and regulations.
• Create detailed technical documentation, Statements of Work (SOW), and value propositions to support sales and client relationship needs.
• Design and manage multi-tier architectures and deployments in hyperconverged, virtual, and cloud environments.
• Lead presales and RFP processes, including creating and delivering product demonstrations and customer evaluations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise solutions in cloud, virtual, and hyperconverged environments.
• Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant experience in the healthcare software industry.
• Functional understanding of healthcare interoperability and data flow (HL-7 v2.x, FHIR, OAuth).
• Experience supporting clinical or revenue cycle solutions in private, public, or government environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage complex client situations with diplomacy.
• Availability for up to 50% global and domestic travel, including trips to the US.
