What you will do

• Qualify and dispatch non-standard work-requests to appropriate product solutions and teams.
• Oversee demand planning to ensure resource availability, manage conflicting priorities, and confirm funding.
• Own the end-to-end Demand Management process, monitoring implementation progress.
• Interface with stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of IT solutions.
• Ensure proper scoping and allocation of demand packages.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Demand Management and supporting business processes.
• Deep understanding of product families' structure, technology, and data roadmaps.
• Experience managing projects or programs in Operations with a view of interdependencies.
• Knowledge of ITIL disciplines and experience in multinational environments.
• Skill in process design, cost of ownership calculations, and product pricing models.
• English: Working language proficiency required
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Lisbon, Portugal in a hybrid model
