What you will do

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Remove impediments that block team progress and protect the team from external interruptions.
• Coach the team on Agile principles and Scrum best practices to foster a culture of openness.
• Collaborate with the Delivery Lead to identify potential delays and implement corrective actions.
• Track team performance metrics and optimize workflow through Scrum artifacts.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master within a software development team.
• Expert knowledge of Scrum and agile project management.
• Strong familiarity with software systems and development processes.
• Experience with tools supporting agile development, such as Jira, CI/CD, and Story-mapping.
• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of other Agile frameworks like XP, Kanban, SAFe, or Scrum@Scale.
• Professional Scrum or project management industry certifications.
