What you will do

  • Serve as the main point of contact for the Paris HQ, ensuring a frictionless and well-stocked environment.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, cleaning teams, and on-site service providers.
  • Oversee the operations of lemflat and lemhouse, including bookings, maintenance, and team logistics.
  • Own and execute a €500k annual events budget, planning flagship retreats and internal afterworks.
  • Drive team engagement through clear communication and creative event planning.
  • Support the CEO and People team with onboarding and administrative initiatives.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
  • Must be based in Paris
  • Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with experience managing budgets, vendors, and inventories.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on creating hype and engagement.
