What you will do
- Develop and maintain simulator components for rendezvous and docking scenario validation.
- Configure and execute software-in-the-loop (SIL) simulation setups for docking system validation.
- Extend and execute Monte Carlo simulation campaigns, including scenario definition and batch execution.
- Analyze and interpret simulation results to tune models based on data from physical facilities.
- Improve the automation, robustness, and execution efficiency of simulation workflows.
- Report and document the results and analyses performed.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a master’s degree in aerospace engineering, Robotics, Control Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Academic or project experience using MATLAB, Simulink, and/or Python.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Interest in space systems, rendezvous and docking, GNC, or robotic systems.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Luxembourg office.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Python and/or C++ for scientific or engineering applications.
- Academic or project experience in simulation, modelling, or software development of control systems.
