What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive paid social strategies across platforms like Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
• Act as a strategic partner for clients, providing expert advice on audience targeting and business impact.
• Manage daily campaign execution, including budget pacing, creative testing, and performance optimization.
• Bridge the gap between technical data insights and creative execution to maximize ROI.
• Drive knowledge sharing and process optimization within the international paid social team.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in the Paid Social landscape, preferably within an agency environment.
• Deep proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Smartly, Snapchat, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Fluent in both Norwegian and English for effective client and team communication.
• Strong consultative mindset with the ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives.
