What you will do

• Recruit and onboard new affiliates, specifically targeting the African market.
• Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing affiliate partners.
• Negotiate mutually beneficial partnership deals and manage commission structures.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI targets.
• Monitor affiliate activity and provide regular reporting to management.
• Manage affiliate budgets and ensure timely commission payments.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing is required.
• Experience in the sports betting or casino industry is a must.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of tracking and postback technology.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Ability to travel frequently.

Nice to have

• Experience building relationships with CPA networks in Africa.
• Fluency in Russian or Ukrainian.
