TL;DR

Location: Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (Hybrid - 12 days WFH per year)

What you will do
- Own the entire strategy from beachhead selection to global launch and live operations of the new music platform.
- Conduct extensive primary market research with creators and fans to validate product assumptions.
- Ship the first paid version of the product and document value delivery for reference customers.
- Define and defend the business model, pricing, and unit economics for the new venture.
- Recruit and manage a founding team across product, engineering, growth, and creator partnerships.
- Collaborate with LiveOps and Music App leads to leverage shared infrastructure and audiences.
Requirements
- Proven track record of building a product or business from zero to material revenue.
- Deep expertise in managing two-sided markets (supply and demand).
- Strong customer-discovery practice with experience conducting iterative user interviews.
- Fluency in unit economics, including LTV, CAC, payback, and cohort retention.
- Ability to recruit and retain senior talent for ambiguous, early-stage projects.
- Must be based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Nice to have
- Experience in the creator economy, music tech, social, or live entertainment industries.
- Experience leading a P&L in Southeast Asia, specifically Vietnam, Indonesia, or the Philippines.
- Experience raising external capital or building internal business cases for IPO-track boards.
