What you will do

• Design, build, and polish game levels from concept and blockout through final ship quality.
• Implement encounters, puzzles, objectives, and scripted events using Blueprints and in-engine tools.
• Collaborate with artists and engineers to seamlessly integrate gameplay, art, and technical systems.
• Apply level design fundamentals and iterate on quality based on playtest feedback.
• Create custom blockout geometry and maintain clear level documentation.

Requirements

• 1+ year of professional level design experience in the game industry.
• Minimum 2 years of Unreal Engine 5 experience with proficiency in Blueprints.
• Knowledge of common level systems (World Partition, Data Layers, OFPA) and advanced techniques (HLODs, RVT, or PCG).
• Ability to debug gameplay and blueprint issues with limited supervision.
• English proficiency: B2 or higher required.
• Must be based in Mexico.

Nice to have

• Experience with Nanite, Sequencer, and Lumen.
• Knowledge of basic networking and replication concepts.
• Secondary skills in animation, UI/widgets, or advanced Blueprint systems.
• Portfolio showcasing shipped or production-quality levels.
