What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end production and repair processes for hearing devices.
• Drive continuous improvement using lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Manage departmental budgets, cost control, and reporting on operational KPIs.
• Lead, coach, and develop production supervisors and team leaders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and ISO 13485 quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and offshore production facilities to optimize capacity.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Sydney, Australia.
• Proven experience managing high-volume production, ideally in a medical device environment.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis.
• Solid understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ISO 13485.
• Hands-on leadership style with a track record of building high-performing teams.
• Relevant qualification in Production, Engineering, or a related discipline.
