What you will do

• Design and operate RAG and agentic systems over complex financial data.
• Develop scalable backend services for document processing, async job queues, and risk scoring.
• Own the productionization of AI systems, including evaluation pipelines and safe rollout strategies.
• Harden the platform for enterprise use with auth controls, audit trails, and monitoring.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines, deployment runbooks, and incident response practices.
• Collaborate with the founding team to define the technical roadmap and architecture.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience on technical projects; startup experience strongly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Python across modern stacks.
• Hands-on experience shipping LLM integrations or RAG systems into production.
• Experience with document processing and structured data extraction from messy sources.
• Solid understanding of API design, relational databases, and async processing.
• Proven ability to scale a product from local development to reliable production.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of KYC/KYB/AML workflows or regulated fintech.
• Experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Familiarity with banking APIs or financial data providers.
• Experience with OCR and document intelligence pipelines.
• Cloud deployment and DevOps knowledge in security-sensitive environments.
