What you will do

• Own the design, development, and release of features for guest and staff mobile apps.
• Ship high-quality UI and product flows with a focus on reliability, accessibility, and performance.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to define mobile-server contracts.
• Establish and optimize release processes, feature flags, and crash/regression monitoring.
• Improve code quality through testing, automation, and thoughtful architecture.
• Mentor other engineers and drive operational excellence in logging and crash analytics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building production mobile apps on iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin).
• Deep expertise in platform UI frameworks (SwiftUI/UIKit or Jetpack Compose/Views).
• Strong knowledge of mobile fundamentals: networking, concurrency, persistence, and security.
• Experience with mobile CI/CD and crash analytics (e.g., Xcode Cloud, fastlane, Firebase).
• Must be based in the USA.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with both iOS and Android or cross-platform frameworks (React Native, Flutter, KMP).
• Knowledge of Python and AWS cloud services.
• Background in Hospitality, B2B, or SaaS.
