Clinical Oncology Specialist (Breast Oncology)

Clinical Oncology Specialist (Breast Oncology): Accelerating the adoption and growth of Sighirify.global, a first-in-class MRD ctDNA test, by engaging key opinion leaders across integrated delivery networks, academic medical centers, hospital systems, and select community oncology practices with an accent on clinical acumen and navigating complex healthcare systems. Focus on fostering trusted, value-driven relationships with primary stakeholders including Breast Surgeons, Breast Radiologists, Radiation Oncologist, Medical Oncologists and Pathologists.

Location: This role will cover out Southwest territory which includes Arizona, Colorado and New Mexico.

Salary: $195,000 - $225,000 USD

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan focused on growth and account penetration.
• Identify and engage KOLs and key accounts to integrate Sighirify.global into clinical decision-making.
• Drive new business development while expanding and deepening existing relationships.
• Deliver impactful clinical education to physicians and care teams.
• Monitor account performance and market trends; escalate issues and identify new opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of successful experience in breast oncology, surgical sales, or molecular diagnostics preferred.
• Deep knowledge of academic and community oncology markets, precision medicine, and reimbursement landscape.
• Ability to travel frequently, including overnight travel as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Proven leadership, business acumen, and strong communication skills.
