Salary: $188,966 – $204,468 per year.

What you will do
- Design and implement enterprise-level security governance programs to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Lead the modernization and centralization of personnel security functions using AI-enabled technologies.
- Strengthen cross-functional partnerships with IT, Cybersecurity, HR, Legal, and Finance departments.
- Oversee physical security strategy, standards, and enterprise-wide security training programs.
- Represent security in Merger & Acquisition initiatives and provide strategic due diligence guidance.
- Report security health, performance metrics, and risk mitigation strategies to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 13–15 years of demonstrated leadership experience in security management.
- Active U.S. government Top Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain/maintain).
- U.S. citizenship is strictly required due to the nature of classified work.
- Proven experience in identifying security risks and developing mitigation strategies within the defense sector.
- Proficiency in risk management and ability to present complex information to executive audiences.
Nice to have
- Professional certifications such as Insider Threat Program Manager or Facility Security Officer certification.
- Experience in multiple security roles including FSO, CPSO, physical, personnel, and international security.
- Strong knowledge of federal regulations and industry security frameworks.
