What you will do

• Influence architecture decisions and establish patterns across the stack.
• Own complex product challenges from technical design through shipping.
• Support and mentor other engineers via code reviews and pairing.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Clinical teams to translate workflows into scalable solutions.
• Drive improvements to technical debt, reliability, and developer experience.
• Utilize AI tools in daily workflows and contribute to team best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience in production systems.
• Track record of owning and delivering technical initiatives end-to-end.
• Experience contributing to 0-1 builds.
• Proficiency with AI coding tools in daily development.
• Must be based in Brazil.
• Passion for improving mental healthcare and strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with HIPAA-regulated healthcare or fintech.
• AI/ML integration in production.
