What you will do

• Create keyframe animations for characters, weapons, and gameplay objects in both first-person and third-person perspectives.
• Clean and refine motion capture data to achieve polished in-game results.
• Produce animations for character skins and additional in-game content.
• Prepare and export animation assets for integration into Unity.
• Maintain high animation quality with strong attention to posing, timing, and weight.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in animation production, with 3+ years specifically in game development.
• Professional experience working with Maya.
• Proven expertise in both keyframe and mocap animation for first-person and third-person weapons.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, including posing, timing, and sense of weight.
• Understanding of how animation systems function inside game engines.
• English: B1+ level and Russian: C1 level.
