What you will do

• Analyze risk profiles across technology and product teams to manage operational risk.
• Design, implement, and test risk controls to prevent major incidents and breaches.
• Establish and run risk committees and working groups to improve overall risk posture.
• Deliver technology risk insights and reports to the Board and executive committees.
• Develop data-driven metrics such as KRIs and BCIs.
• Provide IT risk management consulting and advice to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, or technology service firms.
• Understanding of ERM frameworks, IT infrastructure, cloud, and data flows.
• Familiarity with industry and regulatory standards such as SOX, SOC2, ISO, COBIT, and ITIL.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• STEM degree, preferably in computer science or IT.
• Experience performing IT audits or working within the 1LoD.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Brazilian financial products like PIX, card products, or FX operations.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Relevant certifications such as CCMP, ITIL, or ITSM.
• Experience scaling technology functions in financial institutions.
