What you will do

• Design and develop end-to-end gamified mechanisms to drive purchases and user engagement.
• Build interactive challenges, reward systems, and virtual point systems for the buyer ecosystem.
• Develop innovative features for mobile and web applications.
• Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to refine product strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality user-facing features.

Requirements

• 4+ years of development experience in mobile, web, or backend services.
• Proven track record of shipping user-facing features lightning-fast.
• Excellent product instincts with a user-first mindset.
• English proficiency: Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience building E-commerce products.
