What you will do

• Design and develop end-to-end gamified mechanisms to drive buyer engagement and purchases.
• Build interactive challenges and reward systems, including promotions and virtual point systems.
• Develop innovative features for the Android mobile app using Kotlin.
• Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to refine product strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact user-facing features.

Requirements

• Must be based in China
• 4+ years of professional Android native development experience.
• Strong expertise in Kotlin and Java with a focus on declarative code.
• Proven track record of shipping user-facing features rapidly.
• English proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
