Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing research or engineering teams in an R&D environment.
• Proven track record of leading complex projects to successful, timely delivery.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Master’s degree in Machine Learning, Optimization, Quantum Computing, or related fields.
• English proficiency required for professional communication.
