What you will do

• Coordinate and oversee all daily office activities and facility operations.
• Design and execute inclusive team events that reinforce company values.
• Act as the primary point of contact for guests, candidates, and employees at the HQ.
• Manage office logistics, deliveries, and budget oversight for team perks and comforts.
• Partner with HR to maintain clear, inclusive office policies and culture.
• Facilitate onboarding for new hires, including preparing welcome packages.

Requirements

• Fluency in both Lithuanian and English (written and verbal)
• Proven experience in project management and office operations, ideally in environments with 200+ employees.
• Tech-savviness with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Confluence.
• Fundamental understanding of administrative accounting and invoice management.
• Ability to work 100% on-site at the Vilnius headquarters.
