What you will do

• Manage office operations, including ordering supplies, food, and coordinating with vendors.
• Handle office access, logistics, and general maintenance to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
• Organize local events, team activities, celebrations, and all-hands meetings.
• Act as a local culture ambassador and support new employee onboarding experiences.
• Serve as the primary local point of contact for international teams regarding office matters.

Requirements

• Excellent proficiency in Lithuanian and English (written and spoken).
• Must be based in or be able to work from the Vilnius office.
• Strong organizational, self-management, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in digital tools and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to workplace management.
