What you will do

• Support live operations across multiple games by configuring back-office tools.
• Assist production teams in setting up live operations to meet project requirements.
• Create and maintain documentation for internal teams and external partners.
• Collaborate with account managers to design and implement operational flows.
• Audit user flows to ensure quality, consistency, and reliability.
• Identify and communicate partner needs to improve internal tools.

Requirements

• Strong interest in live operations or project management.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical, production, and business teams.
• Comfortable learning and working with back-office and configuration systems.
• English proficiency required for an international environment.
