What you will do

• Lead large-scale AAA projects across multiple studios, disciplines, and external partners from pre-production to final delivery.
• Define and oversee project scope, milestones, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with Development Directors and Discipline Leads.
• Align product vision across teams and stakeholders while advocating for player experience and product quality.
• Act as the primary point of escalation and alignment between hirify.global studios and external clients.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Sales on proposals, staffing strategies, and scope management.
• Monitor production progress to proactively identify and mitigate bottlenecks, dependencies, and risks.

Requirements

• Shipped at least 2 AAA titles in a Senior, Lead, or Executive Production role.
• Extensive experience managing large-scale game productions across multiple teams and locations.
• Deep understanding of AAA game development pipelines across Design, Art, Engineering, and QA.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies and proficiency with tools like Jira.
• Fluent English is required.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to France (Cergy).

• Previous experience in co-development, outsourcing, or porting.
