TL;DR

QAE (Junior): Conducting product and third-party product testing with an accent on test planning/execution, bug tracking, and creating test deposits. Focus on building test cases/checklists, working in Jira/Confluence, and coordinating with marketing and regional managers while being physically in Nicaragua.

What you will do

• Run tests of the company’s product and products of other companies.
• Create test deposits by request and support deposit-related testing.
• Create and manage tasks in Jira; collaborate with marketing and regional managers.
• Respond to new requests and messages during working hours and participate in cross-division meetings to consolidate market information.

Requirements

• Be physically located in Nicaragua.
• Fluent English plus local language.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of bug tracking and testing process (at least understanding STLC, testing objectives, checklists, and test cases).
• Confident iOS and Android user; understanding of payment systems/hubs.

Nice to have

• Experience in the gambling industry.
• Passion for sports, especially football.
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles.
• Local payment cards VISA/MASTERCARD to make deposits.
