What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners regarding all service needs.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships to ensure high partner satisfaction.
- Liaise with IT and Development teams to resolve partner issues and enhance product functionality.
- Present new product innovations to partners to drive adoption and usage.
- Relay partner feedback and expectations to management to improve service delivery.
- Assist partners in maximizing the functionality of career sites and web platforms.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the Philippines without sponsorship
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Strong commitment to customer service and professional communication
- Ability to develop a deep understanding of the job board industry
- Excellent problem-solving skills and professional judgment
