What you will do

• Develop and execute regional recruiting strategies aligned with organizational growth.
• Lead end-to-end recruiting for leadership, corporate, and operational roles.
• Build and mentor the talent acquisition team while establishing scalable operating procedures.
• Strengthen employer brand and market positioning across the MENA region.
• Oversee ATS management, recruiting workhirify.globals, and KPI reporting.
• Partner with HR and Legal to ensure compliance with local labor laws and localization requirements.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of progressive talent acquisition experience in high-growth, multinational organizations.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Proven experience with Saudization and Emiratisation hiring initiatives.
• Strong understanding of labor market dynamics across the MENA region.
• Experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-enabled sourcing tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
