Location: On-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Saudi nationality is required.

What you will do

  • Partner with leaders in Sales, CX, and Strategy to build proactive talent pipelines before roles become urgent.
  • Establish and manage strategic partnerships with universities and graduate communities across Saudi Arabia.
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment for graduate programs and assessment centers to identify future leaders.
  • Ensure a professional, transparent, and engaging candidate experience to strengthen the employer brand.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define cultural fit and technical excellence beyond basic skills.
  • Utilize recruitment metrics and data to optimize the hiring process and the transition to onboarding.

Requirements

  • Saudi nationality (required)
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Proven experience managing graduate hiring, assessment centers, or early-career recruitment programs.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple business functions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in startups, technology companies, or high-growth environments.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and modern recruitment technologies.
  • Experience using hiring data and recruitment metrics to drive decision-making.
