What you will do

• Support salary review and compensation change processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation.
• Provide benchmarking analysis and data-driven insights to support compensation decisions.
• Maintain employee contracts and ensure compliance with internal and legal requirements.
• Administer and continuously improve benefits programs, such as medical insurance and office perks.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and prepare regular and ad hoc HR analytics reporting.
• Partner with P&C and business leaders to provide advisory support on compensation-related topics.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Reward, or HR analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with HR data and Excel.
• Strong English proficiency for working in a global environment.
• Structured and detail-oriented approach with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to communicate complex topics in a clear and professional way.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
